Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A 360-degree unboxing video must be provided, where the original packaging and label are clearly visible in the video.

  • The video must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Returns without a 360-degree unboxing video will not be accepted to maintain quality standards.

To initiate a return, contact us at projectghar@outlook.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Damages & Issues

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must upload a video showing the damaged product along with its packaging.

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items & gift cards

For any concerns, please contact us before making a purchase.

 

Exchanges

If you want a different item, return the original product first (following our return policy). Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
